I entered the mortgage lending business in 1995 and can truly state that helping others achieve home ownership, personal and business goals is my passion. I specialize in Residential Mortgage Loans and focus on assisting homeowners , home buyers and investors identify the most suitable loan products to meet their specific needs. I work very closely with Real Estate Agents, Attorneys, CPA's, Title and Escrow to provide a smooth and timely close of escrow.
The foundation of my success is honesty and high-integrity, coupled with a distinct level of professionalism, follow-through and a significant attention to detail. I have a very good understanding of sophisticated and often complicated tax returns and work well with borrowers who own multiple corporations or have numerous investment properties.
I have a white glove approach to the service I provide and my customers come first and I am always just a phone call, text or email away. I understand that the work day and place isn’t always the best time to conduct personal business so I make myself available in the evenings and weekends so that my clients and I have the time needed to go over all the details of a unique and personal transaction.

Conventional
A conventional mortgage is offered by a bank and is not insured by the federal government. This makes it a slightly higher risk for the bank, so the qualifications are more strict. For example, it may require a higher down payment or a lower debt to income ratio.
FHA
An FHA loan is a mortgage insured by the Federal Housing Administration (FHA). Borrowers are only required to make a 3.5% down payment which can sometimes come from a gift or a grant. Popular program for first time home buyers.
VA
VA Loans are for military veterans. They require no down payment and have no monthly mortgage insurance cost. An excellent Loan Program for those who served to protect our country.
